FastLmm not parsing Mac csv files properly

I experienced the problem, when I saved a phenotype file to tab separated txt format from MS Excel on a Mac and tried running fastlmmc on Linux using that file.
Mac OS's prior to OS X used a single <lf> and <eol>.  Fix the FastLmm parser to properly recognize this as a line terminator

Email from Christoph after using mac excel.
<cr>, <cr><lf>, <lf>, <lf><cr> should all be treated as '\n' in the FastLmm parser.

Mac has used two conventions for <eol> <cr> (old) and <lf> new.  The current OSx idiom is the *nix idiom to use <lf> and the <eol> indicator.
